Since launching Ada’s List over 6 years ago, we’ve heard countless anecdotes about how you’ve hired or been hired via our community. 🎉🎉🎉 One of the things we’re most proud of is how active our Jobs Channel has become over the years - and even, most recently, in a time of crisis. This is why we created Ada’s List - it’s pretty empowering to know that over 8,300 💥 women globally have your back.
The Ada’s List Jobs Channel is the place for women in tech to find jobs in London and all over the world.
Our community has a diverse set of skills, from developers and designers, to data scientists and product managers, marketing and content specialists to founders and C-Suite level executives, plus everything in between.
And now it's even easier to share across all of our platforms. Today, we are introducing a tiers-based fee model for all jobs postings. It's really easy to post - just find the tier that's right for you, fill out a quick form, process your payment, and we'll email them to the community asap.
Some quick stats:
- Each job post within our Jobs Channel has high engagement, averaging 1200 views per post
- Our newsletter has over 2,600 global subscribers, with an average 40% open rate
- Community growth is purely organic - meaning, our members recommend us to their friends and encourage them to join. Our community is active, engaged, and a great group to hire from.
I know we’re in wild times right now and this additional cost might not be included in your hiring plans, so please reach out to us directly to discuss alternate fee options at feedback@adaslist.co
If you are a recruiter or work in a role that anticipates hiring multiple roles into the future, email us to talk about a monthly or annual fee. Or if you’re a company with less than 5 people (we see this as being primarily entrepreneurs), non-profits or a charity, Community Interest Companies (CICs), email us for discounted rates at feedback@adaslist.co
Any questions or concerns, email feedback@adaslist.co

Thank you for your ongoing support and passion for our community and we hope to continue to help our members find that dream job and to help you find the best people for your teams.
