The Ada's List Patron Programme is a pay what you can, membership programme hosted on Patreon.

We launched this paid membership to focus on extra community management for our existing community, land more members new jobs, and to support the forging of new meaningful connections for our members.
Our focus for the next year and beyond:

-Building better support around women experiencing harassment and bullying
Having a patron programme as well as the Ada's List community means we can include men and allies. By including allies, we can give them content and actions to have them join our members on a journey to creating a more equitable tech sector.

We recognise that Allies have a fundamental role in demanding better for women and non-binary people in the tech sector.
Until now, there hasn't been a tangible way for men and allies to support Ada's List and our mission. Whilst the Ada's List Community is exclusively for women and non-binary people in tech, the Ada's List Patron Programme means we can include allies in the work we do.
As an Ally Patron you will be directly supporting the Ada's List mission. You'll also receive our quarterly ally newsletter jam packed with content to help keep your allyship meaningful. And we won't stop there, we're aiming to bring you more great content and access to patron-only events throughout the year.

Organisational tiers means that it's even easier for teams for companies to support Ada's List, and gift memberships for their female and nonbinary teammates.
By purchasing an organisational membership, both employees and the company itself receive really great benefits. Individual employees get all of the benefits of our Patron programme; companies receive job posts, are featured on our website, and can support the tech sector in a very tangible way.
We have tiers based on the number of women on your team or in your whole company - up to 5, 15, 30, and 50.
Rest assured, the Ada's List Community as it stands will remain the same - free access for women and non-binary people in tech.
The Patron Programme however, offers new and existing members the opportunity to extend their membership with additional great benefits, including access to an exclusive action focused channel, patron-only events and early access to discounts, offers and partner events. It also means Adas can directly support the Ada's List mission.
