Your name no longer matters on your CV – here’s what does 

In the United Kingdom, greater gender diversity in senior-executive teams corresponds to a huge performance uplift in a startlingly linear fashion: for every 10 percent increase in gender diversity, net profit rose by 3.5 percent.

Put simply, diverse talent pools make excellent business sense.

Despite these facts, statistically speaking, women and ethnic minorities remain dramatically underrepresented in senior leadership roles, across many sectors. They are less likely to be funded, less likely to be called for interview, less likely to be promoted, less likely to be placed in leadership roles, and even less likely to receive equal pay for the same role.
