Kit Gilbert leads EMEA Operations and HR for Niantic, the creator of Pokémon GO, Harry Potter: Wizards Unite and Ingress Prime. She was previously Operations Director at Quill Content before joining Sensible Object as COO, where she worked on the studio’s sale to Niantic and led its subsequent integration. Kit specialises in developing high-performing teams and structures that empower rapidly scaling tech companies to meet their commercial goals. She is currently focused on building out Niantic’s EMEA operation alongside chairing its global D&I council and contributing to its company-wide HR strategy.
