Elle is the Product Design Lead at FutureGov, bringing together diverse experience in product and service design. For over nine years she has worked extensively with the public sector to solve complex issues within social care and health, taking digital products from concept through to live services. Elle believes that practitioners supporting people out of crisis achieve amazing things, despite the limitations of the technology and systems they use. Inspired by the passion and energy of frontline staff in these services, from child protection to homelessness, Elle has dedicated the past four years of her career to designing better tools that facilitate true collaboration and drive forward practice.Leading FutureGov’s Product & Tech team, Elle hires, trains and mentors her colleagues, influencing and supporting them to shape new products and services that create better experiences and outcomes.
